Hybrid Dairy Stalls
Redefining Cow Comfort

Did you know that a dairy cow's ideal lying time is 12-14 hours each day for maximum milk production and rest?

The comfort of flexible stabling with the strength of steel

Why

Higher Lying Times

Unintimidating stalls promote rest and rumination.

Higher Feed Intake

Natural grazing posture increases feed intake.

Increase Milk Production

Extra lying time and ease of feeding means more milk from your cows.

Flexible but Firm

Though flexible, stalls remain rigid and certainly are not composed of rubber.

Reduce Injuries

Traditional steel stalls are unforgiving, causing injuries and distress.

High End Construction

High quality materials and build quality ensure our stalls are made to last.

Unfortunately, a poorly designed or uncomfortable stall will reduce lying times. So, what can you do to improve this? Start by choosing stalls that allow for maximum comfort for your cows. A flexible free stall, designed with adequate proportions, can increase the efficiency of rumination, reduce excessive standing, minimize lameness and other injuries, and even improve cleanliness. At GREYstall, we provide the strength of steel and the comfort of flexible stabling.

Fasteners

Proprietary German engineered protective zinc coating which is 5 times more corrosive resistant than the competition.

Poly Piping

Developed custom poly blend providing the ultimate balance in flexibility and rigidity along with extreme thermal resistance.

Fabricated Hardware

Strengthened and enlarged lower divider pipe bracket to support the divider and reinforce its most common point of stress.

Fixed Neck Rail

This ensures the divider retains crucial rigidity and ensures that cows are positioned properly, not getting too forward in their stall.

Steel End Loop

This gives added rigidity to index cows properly in the stall and ensures uniform stalls throughout your barn for years to come.

The perfect balance of
comfort and durability

Product Overview

Single Stall

Double Stall

Our stalls are designed to promote quality rest and relaxation in your cows while keeping them safe.

This is done through a thoughtful design that gently encourages an optimal rest position.

The result is your cows maintaining an optimal producing position to
increase milk production.

A Happy Cow is a Producing Cow. How it Works

Poor cow positioning in the stall impacts milk production.
Our stalls put an end to that.

Trusted by
dairy farmers
across North America

For years now, North American dairy farmers have trusted GREYstall to improve not only their production yield, but also the quality of life for their cows.

Metal stalls have been the mainstay for years - a trusted product that lasts in the barn environment. But they can be unforgiving to cows. Flexible stalls compromise too much - providing comfort but causing other issues as cow positioning can affect cleanliness and milk quality.

Finally a hybrid option.
